Beal Homes appoints Sales and Marketing Director to lead growth drive

Beal Homes has appointed an experienced senior executive from national housebuilder Taylor Wimpey as its new Sales and Marketing Director.

Ross Clarkson, 40, is joining multi award-winning Beal to lead the next phase of sales growth for the regional housebuilder.

Mr Clarkson is currently Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire, a position he has held for the past five years, with overall responsibility for the sales and marketing function.

Previously Mr Clarkson was Yorkshire Sales Director for Bellway Homes, while he also has strong experience with independent housebuilders, having been Sales Manager for Yorkshire-based Ben Bailey Homes

He began his career as a Sales Graduate with Miller Homes Yorkshire.

Mr Clarkson is married with three daughters and lives in Doncaster. He is due to join Beal this summer and will succeed the current Sales and Marketing Director, Sue Waudby, who is retiring.
