With big name political speakers, global dignitaries and an RAF flypast, the Great Exhibition of Lincolnshire is set to be a unique event in Lincolnshire’s calendar.

There’s just under a week to go until the Exhibition, which will showcase the best of the county’s businesses – from engineering and energy to food and farming.

And there are lots of surprises that will be revealed on the day!

Hundreds of attendees will hear from some of the nation’s best-known politicians, take part in an exclusive immersive experience, see Lincolnshire’s past and future brought together in unique ways and sample the county’s best produce.

Confirmed speakers include Dame Andrea Jenkyns, Baroness Verma of Leicester, Zia Yusuf, and – via live video link - Andy Burham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, along with sponsors and embassies from across the world.

The mantra is most definitely ‘bigger is better’ with large scale exhibits that bring the wow factor, inspired by the famous Great Exhibition of 1851, which was held as the industrial revolution propelled Victorian Britain into the greatest power of the time.

The Exhibition is an exciting opportunity to connect with some of Lincolnshire’s most dynamic and successful businesses. Visitors will discover a wealth of inspiration and support designed to help companies thrive—whether trading locally, expanding into international markets, or exploring ambitious plans for the area. This is the chance to network, gain insights, and unlock new possibilities for growth in Lincolnshire and beyond.

Dame Andrea Jenkyns, Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire, said:

“I’m looking forward to welcoming everyone to the very first Great Exhibition for Lincolnshire—an event that began as a pledge in my mayoral manifesto and has come to life as a celebration of Greater Lincolnshire’s innovation, ambition, and enterprise.

I’m sharing our story with the world to demonstrate the strength, creativity, and resilience of Lincolnshire’s communities and industries. I want this event to spark new ideas, new partnerships, and a renewed pride in what we can achieve together as Lincolnshire.

“I’m very grateful to our headline sponsors Siemens Energy and Associated British Ports for helping us to deliver this event, as well all of the exhibitors and to Restaurant DOM for sponsoring the Mayor’s Reception.”
